Hi, I'm Erin

I teach people how to connect to the power and intelligence of their bodies—not as something to fix or perfect, but as something to know and feel at home in.

My path into this work began in ballet studios with the National Ballet School of Canada. Over two decades, my inquiry has deepened through anatomy and kinesiology, Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, Pilates, Somatic Experiencing, developmental movement, meditation, and contact improvisation. I'm an Axis Syllabus Candidate, working within an international research system for human movement.

Each practice taught me something essential: that the body is not a machine to master, but an intelligent, responsive partner. That vitality isn't something we force—it's something we cultivate by learning to listen.

I've owned studios in Toronto, trained teachers, and taught workshops across Canada and the US. Today, I work as a somatic educator and coach, helping women stay connected to their bodies as they make things—whether they're writing books, building businesses, raising children, or creating art.

I continue my research and investigation as a movement practitioner, educator, coach, and mother—always asking: What is vital? And how do we nourish it?

I'm so glad you're here.
