Moving into MotherhoodOct 16, 2018
My partner Joe and I are excited to share that we are expecting a baby girl at the beginning of next year!
I am beginning my sixth month of pregnancy and feeling great. I am moving, dancing and learning more each day with my changing body. What an adventure!
I will be teaching up until mid-December when I will take a maternity leave. My Fall term of group classes are already fully registered, and I am almost fully booked for privates until the end of the year— So, I am offering a NEW workshop inspired by the work I am doing with people right now to build home programs.
Movement for Self-Care: A workshop focused on expanding your personal toolkit for self-care using movement. Learn how to adapt and tailor exercises to fit you as an individual. Examining the process of taking information about health from the outside world to the inside of our bodies. Workshop will include discussion and practical application of exercises. Open to all levels.
